Follow these steps to start using Prompts for real-time insights during sales meetings.
Step 1. Add a Prompt
OverQuota currently offers sign in with Google. This functionality will provide easy access to OverQuota and enable you to see all your scheduled sales meetings in OverQuota.
Step 2. Title and Keywords
Give the Prompt a title, then add the keywords that will be mentioned in conversation that must trigger this prompt. For example, create a prompt to deliver real-time insights related to competitors. Title the prompt "Competitors" and then add the competitor names as keywords to trigger the prompt when those names are mentioned in conversation.
Step 3. Add Insights
Add the content to the prompt that will provide the real-time insights to navigate during the sales meeting.
